Ecoversity Goddard College

From Ecoversities Source

Goddard learners work in a low residency format to self-direct their studies according to personal interests, gifts, and desires. They travel to the campus one week per semester and then study from anywhere, working one-on-one with their faculty advisors and taking imaginative and responsible action in the world. Learners are encouraged to question received knowledge and the status quo. As a collaborative learning community, differing perspectives are respected, included and appreciated as learners embrace uncertainty, experiment, and imagine unexpected outcomes. Recognizing the interconnectedness with others and with the earth, scholarship and action are held to high standards of integrity, authenticity, and compassion.
